Tullio-Altan (Altan) born in 1942 in Treviso,
the most prestigious editorial cartoonist of Italian
press and author of comics for adults, is greatly
appreciated by critics for the exceptional literary
and graphic high level of his works. He is one
of the best Italian authors for children. His
character PIMPA
(comics, tales, books, games, TV
series, multimedia works, theatre plays) is
the favourite of children from 2 to 7 years old.
Another character very well known by children
is the chameleon Kamillo Kromo. And, for adults,
the very famous Cipputi, a worker full of irony
and good sense, the sexy lazy women with always
cute remarks, the enterprising Ada, the dreary
Friz Melone, the fantastic Columbus.
